Refund Policy
· Returns will only be accepted if the item purchased is faulty and not for change of mind. If an item is faulty, the customer can choose to either exchange it for another product or receive a full refund. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
· Return claims where an item is faulty must be made within 7 days of placing the order.
· To return an item, please email auslanjourney@gmail.com and include the 4 digit order number, customer name and a photo of the damaged item. AUSLAN JOURNEY will respond via email with a returns number which must be included with the item to be returned.
· All freight or postage costs for returns must be paid for by the customer and are non-refundable. Any subsequent re-delivery charges that may arise must also be paid for by the customer.
· Returns must be unused and not damaged in any way (outside of any fault which is being claimed), in their original saleable condition with original tags attached and/or in their original packaging.
· Once received, AUSLAN JOURNEY will inspect the item and if the item is deemed to be faulty, a full refund will be issued to the customer via the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that refund processing with some banking institution cards takes longer than with others. If you are experiencing delays in seeing your refund, please contact your bank. It generally takes 3-5 business days for the money to be seen on credit cards.
